President

Tim Mulloy's highly successful career in real estate has its roots in the legal system. Prior to founding Mulloy Properties in 1989, Tim was a practicing attorney in Louisville. Tim's knowledge of the law and real estate market, coupled with his principled and personalized approach to doing business, gives his clients confidence that their objectives will be fully met. Perhaps the best testament to this confidence is the fact that Tim has never lost a client.

Tim's experience covers all facets of real estate planning and development, from the restoration of historic buildings to construction of large-scale, multi-tenant office complexes.

During his career, Tim has been honored with several awards, including the Louisville Central Area Cornerstone Award, which recognizes individuals who have significantly improved the local economy and its image. Tim has not only enhanced the community through real estate endeavors, but also through civic involvements. He is a Board Member of Louisville Downtown Management District, Inc., a downtown economic development organization. Tim also serves on the Board of the Louisville Apartment Association.

Tim Mulloy graduated Magna cum laude from Vanderbilt University and obtained his law degree from the University of Kentucky College of Law. He is a member of the Kentucky Bar Association, National Association of Realtors, Greater Louisville Association of Realtors and Louisville Apartment Association.
