Ted White

Director of Property Management and Commercial Brokerage

A seasoned real estate veteran, Ted White has nearly 30 years of experience in residential and commercial real estate. His career dates back to the early 1980s, when he was a residential broker in New York City, the financial capital of the world. Among the many highlights of his early career was negotiating the lease of a $10,000/month, two-bedroom apartment in Trump Parc.

While navigating the real estate ropes in New York, he started his own company, Ted White and Company, Inc. He also assumed the role of Director of Residential Leasing at D.J. Knight & Company. During his tenure at D.J. Knight, Ted worked with some of the country's largest corporations, including Fortune 500 companies like Goldman Sachs, Deutsche Bank and Morgan Stanley.

Building on his success in the residential marketplace, Ted returned to his hometown of Louisville in 1998 and joined Mulloy Properties as the director of property management and commercial brokerage. He now oversees the maintenance and day-to-day operations of nearly one million square feet of office and retail space, and is responsible for lease negotiations and financial details.

Ted credits his success to honesty, professionalism and plain hard work. He takes every step necessary to ensure a close and responsive relationship with each client he serves. The result is long-term client satisfaction and increased property value.

Ted has been a licensed Kentucky real estate agent since 1998, and he has maintained a New York real estate broker's license since 1984. He is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Kentucky Real Estate Commission and Greater Louisville Association of Realtors. He attended Wittenberg University and Parsons School of Design.
