Mark E. Pulliam

Director of Real Estate Development

mpulliam.jpgMark Pulliam brings a unique and varied background to Mulloy Properties, with experience in pharmacy, finance and real estate. Mark first ventured into real estate in 1985, when he became vice-president and director of development at David Hocker and Associates. There, he oversaw the development, design and construction of 3 million square feet of commercial space, with an estimated worth of nearly $300 million. He also secured $18 million in public financing for these projects.

In 1992, Mark moved on to Pattco, Inc., a private investment company. As a member of the Pattco utive team, he negotiated and closed investment deals and participated in the startup and management of numerous early-stage ventures. Over the course of the '90s, Mark remained active in local real estate development and, in 2001, he joined Mulloy Properties.

At Mulloy, Mark has undertaken projects that vary from medical office complexes to significant historic structures. Recently, he led the construction of a 112-unit apartment community (see case studies) in south Louisville and secured $4.3 million in financing for the project.

A leader and visionary, Mark is a co-founder, director and former president of the Venture Club of Louisville, an organization formed in 1995 to facilitate the expansion of business and commercial investment in the Louisville area.

Mark graduated from Vanderbilt University, where he earned an MBA in business administration and completed his pre-pharmacy curriculum. He received his BS in pharmacy from the University of Kentucky. He is a member of the National Association of Realtors and Greater Louisville Association of Realtors.
